Ordering & Shipping
- Order Processing: Once we receive your secure online payment, we’ll ship your merchandise within 5-10 business days.
- Delivery Timeframes: Please note that customs delays in your country may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for these delays.

Event Orders
- Event Bookings: Upon booking a workshop or course, you’ll receive a payment receipt followed by joining instructions from the organiser.
- You’ll be added to our mailing list unless you opt out. We will never share your information with third parties.
- Event Deposits: Deposits for events are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., hospitalization) and with at least two weeks’ notice before an event, we may transfer your deposit to another event (not guaranteed).
- Cancellations within two weeks of an event incur a 20% administrative fee.
