All Merchandise Orders
Once we receive your order and payment online through the secure website we will ship within 5 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs in your country. The buyer is responsible for any customs duty charged in their country.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion
All purchases from Middle Earth Medicine Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Once the items pass onto the carrier the buyer is responsible for the risk of loss and title for the items.
Custom Orders
If you require particular numbers or bulk orders of our books, cards, posters, then we will be in touch with you to make those arrangements.
Event Orders
When you book onto a workshop or course, you will receive a receipt of payment. Following that you will receive an email with joining instructions from the organiser of the event. Your details will be added to the mailing list and data for future mailings unless you specifically ask for it not to be. Your personal information with not be shared with any other entity. There is no refund on deposits for events. In some cases we will transfer the payment to another event, if it needs to be cancelled up to two weeks minimum before an event, but this cannot be guaranteed, except under circumstances that are significant and unavoidable (i.e. hospitalisation.)There will be a 20% admin charge for any cancellation.
Privacy & Accounts
We only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to process the order and communicate with you about your order. Your personal information with not be shared with any other entity.
