Perhaps you’re navigating the second half of life, and a creative spark you once knew is gently flickering. Maybe there’s a whisper of talents waiting to be explored, but you’re unsure how to ignite them.

If you’re curious about these gifts and drawn to a unique and creative way to discover them, using creative writing and projects, sometimes movement or even a drum beat, I’d love to welcome you.

Join me for a fortnightly gathering designed especially for women in or preparing for the second half of life who are ready to explore their creativity and share their unique gifts with the world.​

For years, I felt a nagging sense of something missing. A yearning for a deeper purpose, a creative spark that seemed to be fading.

As I navigated my own life, I realised this feeling was all too common. Many women I encountered felt adrift, unfulfilled, and unsure of how to tap back into their true potential.

My journey led me to discover the power of embracing change, honouring this transformative time, and reigniting the creative spirit. It’s about reconnecting with our gifts and talents and sharing what we each uniquely possess.

That’s why I created this program. I spent over two decades working with frameworks like ‘The Polarity of Purpose, and ‘The Wheel Of Souls Return.’ I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others. Here, in a supportive community, we’ll explore our talents, rediscover our innate creativity, and share our experiences from the heart.

I aim for this to be a safe space where we can each tap into our hidden gems, those talents that may have been buried beneath life’s demands. Together, we’ll transform limiting beliefs that hold us back and develop new strategies to confidently share our message with the world.

This isn’t just about theory. Our stories hold powerful experiences that hold the key to unlocking our inner wisdom.

The program consists of two-hour online sessions, fortnightly, starting on June 25th, 2024.  £25 per session paid prior to each session.
