I am an elder and a leader for others into healthy sovereignty. creativity coach and a facilitator working with and exploring the deeper meaning of our core wounds. I address trauma, neglect and the loss of self esteem. An expert in the language and emotions of the heart, within a spiritual offering.
I support my clients by guiding them to explore the life stories they have lived, to find new perspectives from them and discover how those new perspectives might be more advantageous to themselves and others. This leads to finding their soul purpose through the core wounds, inspirational experiences and life work, assisting in the embodiment of their potential and its fruition. I have worked internationally for thirty years.
We cannot change the old stories we have lived, but we do not need to still be living them.

By adapting the religious education insisted on by my family, I have been able to recognise my own innate connection to God/Spirit. I have been on a spiritual path since childhood. This has led me to become a speaker and innovative spiritual guide.
Known as a champion of music, dance and creativity as healing tools, I have developed an innate understanding of the soul’s journey, a connection to physical embodiment through movement, conscious dance, theatre and the creative arts.
I am a fully qualified teacher of therapeutic and spiritual bodies of work since 1986 including the study of Animism, 5Rhythms Teacher Training, Movement Medicine Training, Sacred Trust Shamanic Trust, Herbalism, Reiki Energy Healing and NLP.
My journey has manifested as my own personal training into eldership, carrying the wisdom needed for stability and balance in individuals, relationships, families and communities. Mothering my six, now adult, children gave me the art of play, creativity, story-telling and opened up the deep surrender and unconditional love that motherhood can bestow. I am a grandmother to eleven.

As a celebrant of many rites of passage and rituals to celebrate the lives and experiences of others, I have attended and supported births and deaths and ‘walked between the worlds’ with those individuals. I help people find celebration, meaning and healing within these experiences. I run accredited apprenticeship and teacher training programs

‘Ms’Guided Angel – Revisited’
Caroline’s autobiographical book takes us on the journey she experienced through a 5Rhythms dance training (1999), bringing up six children and healing from sexual abuse and challenging relationships. She shares her dance, poetry and shamanic journey. An honest and thought-provoking story for her readers.
Anyone who has experienced trauma in their childhood will know something of feeling numb, of detachment and the inability to be fully present in day-to-day living. Shock and trauma can detach us from reality, from relationships and from what we love. We try to avoid situations that remind us of that original trauma but in order to fulfil our lives we need to find a way to re-enter the world and face what has happened in the past. Caroline seeks ways to acknowledge the innocent within us all, as well as searching for more authentic ways in which to overcome our difficulties.

This book is based upon the work Caroline offers around the world and focuses on the in-depth healing that occurs, when we engage our bodies in movement and connect to our hearts. She writes about, Soul Retrieval, healing the soul of community, ancestors and the planet where poetry and prose intermingle with teachings from the heart. She takes readers on a journey into their own innate wisdom and what may have been forgotten over time. It is a reawakening to our own truth and a reminder of our innocence and soul purpose. Caroline includes her experiences with Shamanic and Indigenous people. Dancing in ceremony gives the book more in-depth understanding about trance dance, its origins and how it can help us to heal through understanding the art of repetition.
