This accredited, certificated course empowers women to reclaim their matriarchal power and share the process with other women in their community. By delving deep into the feminine spirit, with a variety of group sessions, one to one mentoring and group coaching, you’ll gain the tools and support to transform personal challenges into profound growth. Discover your unique voice so that you can speak your truth, freely. Connect with a community that has got your back, and want to see you step into your potential. Be of service to others, share your experience and know that you are making a difference. Includes conscious dance/movement for embodiment of the experience.

Obtaining certification of this course gives you inclusion within our community as a ‘Power of 13′ mentor for future students in your community,  as well as giving accreditation it serves as a prerequisite for ongoing Middle Earth Medicine conscious dance teacher-training with Caroline.

In years gone by, our universal calendar was measured with 13 moons, a matriarchal cycle before the patriarchal Gregorian system was put in place. As feminine beings we can reclaim and give attention to the natural cycle of the moon, following our own impulses, creativity, seasons and cycles, to meet with the natural rhythms of the environment, becoming aware of how we as women grow and learn from our matriarchal lineage and the calendar she originally bestowed upon us.

There are 13 lunar cycles in a solar year that have honoured the feminine.

13 has a secret and divine power, signifying the return of the sacred feminine.

The number 13 became feared because of its feminine power.

There are 13 online gatherings. Creative assignments. Individual and sister-hood. Online dances. Group coaching sessions. Regular 1:1 mentoring sessions. Documents and videos. Certification on completion. Support to set up your own groups. Opportunities to share the work.

Investment plan: £3,133 payable upfront or three payments of £1,050 over the duration of the course. First payment due in January. Optional monthly payments of £250 are also available. Covers all tuition, documents, meetings and gatherings, mentoring and coaching. Dances and regular updates on the process.

The Maiden – Innocent

The Maiden is a symbol of purity, innocence, and potential. She is curious, imaginative, and open to new experiences. Her awakening curiosity sparks a journey of self-discovery, as she explores the world around her and the depths of her own soul.

The Wild Woman – Spirit Rebel

The Wild Woman is a force of nature, a rebel spirit who defies convention. She is a protector of the Earth and a defender of truth. She is not afraid to speak her mind or to challenge the status quo. Her wildness is a source of power and creativity, inspiring others to break free from limitations and embrace their true selves.

The Huntress & Gatherer – Apprentice

The Huntress & Gatherer is a seeker of knowledge and a collector of experiences. She is always on a quest, searching for meaning and purpose. She is willing to face her fears and challenges, knowing that they are opportunities for growth.

The Mother – Artisan

The Mother is a nurturer, a creator, and a provider. She is skilled in the arts of healing, teaching, and inspiring. She bears and nurtures her gifts, sharing them with the world. Her love is unconditional, her compassion boundless.

The Actress – Thespian

The Actress is a performer, a shape-shifter, and a mistress of illusion. She can play any role, adapt to any situation, and express a wide range of emotions. She is a fearless explorer of the human psyche, using her art to connect with others on a deep level.

The Queen – Sovereign

The Queen is a leader, a visionary, and a sovereign. She is confident, assertive, and wise. She takes responsibility for her actions and decisions, and she inspires others to do the same. She is a role model for women everywhere, demonstrating the power of feminine leadership.

The Enchantress – Sacred Fool & Story Teller

The Enchantress is a magical being, a storyteller, and a trickster. She uses her wit, charm, and humour to captivate and inspire. She is a mistress of disguise, able to shift between different personas and realms, a walker between the worlds. Her stories are a way of sharing wisdom, teaching lessons, and sparking imagination.

The Wise Woman – Matriarch

The Wise Woman is a keeper of ancient wisdom, a guardian of tradition. She is a source of guidance and support, offering her knowledge and experience to those who seek it. She is a bridge between generations, connecting the past, present, and future.

The Medicine Woman – Elder

The Medicine Woman is a healer, and a spiritual guide. She uses her knowledge to restore balance and harmony. She is a wise counsellor, offering compassionate advice and support.

The Grandmother/Crone – Entering the Mystery

The Grandmother/Crone is a woman of deep wisdom and spiritual maturity. She has embraced the mysteries of life and death, and she is a guide to the underworld. She is a symbol of the cyclical nature of life, the eternal return.

The High Priestess – The One Who Knows

The High Priestess is a woman of profound knowledge, particularly of her own journey and the stories and care of future generations. She is a guardian of sacred knowledge. She is a voice in the world, speaking truth to power. She is also a silent witness, observing the world with a detached perspective, only embracing the truth without attachment.

Thirteen x three hour sessions exploring the archetypes within a creative process

Fortnightly coaching for reflections and questions

1:1 mentoring 

Conscious dance/movement

Monthly creative assignments to deepen and give structure to the archetypal journeys

Three individual thirty minute mentoring sessions as well as regular connections with Caroline and team

Attendance at weekly dance free of charge

Support circles

Videos and drum journey course materials and documents.

Gain insights into holding space for others, with ethics and principles, marketing strategies and support. 

As the Matriarch, we embrace the journey of the wild and wise elder,  reclaiming the power intended for us. Recognising the challenges of this journey. Walking the path together, lifting each other up, knowing that when one of us shines, we all shine together. We arrive with spiritual maturity, lifting our wings we fly!

Application:

All assignments must be completed, documented and witnessed in order to receive certification to offer this work to others in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse certification to anyone who does not complete the course, including attendance and assignments.

If you do not feel comfortable entering into this field of in depth work, or have any concerns about your ability to commit, please do NOT apply for this course. We have other opportunities available that may be more suitable for your growth at this time.

I have loved the number 13 since I was a little girl. I took my ballet exam with the number 13 pinned to my chest, I walked away with honours. Twice this happened. My mother said it was my lucky number, it might just be that I was a talented dancer. Nonetheless, I loved the number and it followed me throughout my life. I was always excited if the date fell on Friday the 13^th.

I don’t really know why, I can’t remember anything particular apart from the ballet exams, as to why I would have had this favourite, it’s just how it was. Now as I have aged and understood the power of 13, the deeper meanings of it and why it’s so important to the feminine, I have taken it more fully into my working life. And I am clearly not surprised as to why it felt important growing up. I was just that kind of girl!
