Arriving in the second half of life, or preparing for its transition, how do we meet the world with the wounds of the past and the wisdom gathered from our experiences?

There is power in the unity of wounds and wisdom and of women coming together. When we speak and dance our grief and shame, accept ourselves and our story, paving the way for our soul’s calling, we support the future generations. The daughters and granddaughters who follow in our footsteps will benefit. Whether we are mothers or not, we have a responsibility to be the storyteller needed for the future. To own our legacy by embracing our soul’s contract.

Have you written the book you have always pondered on, created the body of work you have wanted to facilitate, or painted the picture that becomes part of the gallery exhibition you have dreamed of? Have you found fulfilment in your relationships and developed an eye for the beauty that is yours to see? Is the message from your digested story begun to be told, filling others with hope for the future?

We can help to empower each other when we come together, with time to do our inner work, to recognise what holds us back. To take time out for writing, dancing and being inspired by natural surroundings. Listening to the drum beat, we find the gentle dance that opens our heart, moves our tears and stretches our muscles just enough to feel the growth of our psyche’s presence. And then we know why we are here, and we take action to follow its path…

We will come together as sisters and friends, to bring attention to what is most important in our lives now.

A residential gathering for women entering or in the second half of life, to address the wisdom we each carry, to tend to the wounds and to dance ourselves free from their inhibiting forces. Leaving this retreat with deeper knowledge of who we are, new perspectives on our life story and a tool bag of resources to take home, and help us make the necessary changes for our future. Includes a post workshop mentoring session with Caroline to help you integrate the work into your life.
