Unleash your authentic self through conscious dance with Caroline! Since 1998, Caroline has been a leading voice in conscious dance, guiding you to reconnect with your body, mind, heart, and soul.
Trained by the renowned Gabrielle Roth in 5 Rhythms, Caroline was a founding faculty member for School of Movement Medicine. Her passion for conscious movement shines through in her workshops and sessions, designed to awaken your creativity and inner spark.
Ready to deepen your dance journey? Caroline offers an ongoing apprenticeship program to empower aspiring dance teachers.

To fully immerse yourself in the music, good speakers are recommended, but not essential. We’ll be using Zoom for the session, and if you’re new to the platform, feel free to reach out beforehand – we’re happy to help!
For a safe and enjoyable experience, clear a comfortable space free of obstacles. Wear comfortable clothing and keep some water handy to stay hydrated.
We’ll wrap up with a brief, optional 10-minute sharing circle at 11 am to connect with your fellow dancers.
