Emotions that we work with in the dance and our processes in Middle Earth Medicine are seen emotional gateways, which take us into new experiences, release of trauma and possibilities of soul retrieval.

Emotion, ‘energy in motion’ is a vital sign that empowers us to acknowledge our inner landscape, the healing work that needs to be done and the vital role of our heart in all that we do.

In this gathering we will give attention to the heart and soul of the dancer and how this can be beneficial for our creativity and beyond.
