Where Soul Meets Story with Caroline

For over 30 years, I’ve walked alongside others, seeking to reconnect with the whispers of soul, cultivating emotional intelligence and a grounded spirituality. Together we explore, in a kind , gentle and creative way, their origin story so as to recognise the innate wisdom that is their birthright. This leads to fulfilment and an understanding of why they are here and what their message is. I carry a shamanic medicine bag, woven with spirit songs and traditional tools. Together we explore the wisdom of Animism. These enquiries can be powerful companions on the journey of self-discovery, helping us untangle life’s complexities to rediscover our unique soul purpose.

I believe in the existence of soul in all things. But what is the soul?

In this video I share how my interest in Soul developed from an early age.

I help people to re-examine their life-story, to find meaning from it rather than tell a tale of victimhood.

I do this by mentoring and working with each individual, sometimes in groups and sometimes one to one, about their existing experiences, by translating the past, helping to change attitudes and discover perspectives that lead to awareness, peace of mind and an understanding of why their experience matters.

It is a unique offering, cultivated over 30 years of exploration, using creativity, song, inner guidance, the liminal spaces we create through drumming, movement and shared experiences. If you come to my in-person workshops, we will dance 😊

Whats it all about?

When I am asked ‘what do you do?’ My answer these days is ‘I gently guide individuals to unlock the extraordinary potential hidden within, thus revealing their unique contribution to their world’ I might follow that with ‘I do this through a combination of mentoring through inner work, mindfulness meditations, changes in perspectives, soul-searching prompts, and intuitive guidance using the tools I have developed’ Those I help are usually women (although I do work with men also) usually in second half of life, who are feeling stuck or unfulfilled, and who are ready to explore their deeper purpose. I hold a safe space where you can thrive in body, heart, mind and soul.

This is how my own journey began

Born in 1960, I grew up in Birmingham and then the rural landscapes of Worcestershire, with a love for the wild, poetry and to dance, passionate about creativity, mystery and myth. Despite early challenges with trauma, self-doubt and unconventional learning styles, I discovered the power of creativity and a deep connection to the soul through dance, poetry and storytelling. This journey led me to understand the impact of trauma and the importance of finding new perspectives on my past experiences, which were laden with difficulties to overcome.

I developed a conscious connection to the world of soul and my ability to see, to sense and to connect with my own soul-guidance. Mothering my six, now adult children gave me the art of play, creativity, story-telling and opened up the deep surrender and unconditional love that motherhood can bestow. Being a grandmother, has deepened and matured my skills to a sensitive wisdom with lots of humour.

I’m a trauma-informed soul doula, here to guide you through the profound experiences of life. We’ll delve into grief, explore your fears, and harness the power of anger and frustration to fuel your growth.

A published writer of seven books, a speaker and Soul Retrieval guide fascilitating workshops and gatherings, having created The Wheel Of Souls Return and The Polarity Of Purpose.

Since 1986, I have been working in Uk and Ireland, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Germany, Norway, France, Spain, Estonia, Czech Republic, Iceland and continue to reach out to share and be in service where needed.

Ben Cole & Caroline are married and live in Uk. They met sitting next to each other on a plane heading for Colombia. Now they run workshops and gatherings together as well as separately, including dance, movement, creativity, shamanic medicine skills and film work studying Middle-earth and the ancestral and historical lineage of our European landscapes. Together Ben and Caroline hold ‘rites of passage’ and various gatherings. They have created films & documentaries together including the project ‘Talking Addiction.’ Traveling to Africa, Iceland and Europe they have explored many shamanic, medicine dances and rituals.

Their workshops ‘Captivate-Communicate-Create’ and ‘In-Sight’ are unique offerings, guiding people into embodied, authentic and powerful presentations needed for online work, film and marketing ones purpose ethically.
