Wisdom comes with maturity and knowledge. The wise elder maintains his or her position with the essence of that wisdom, there is no more need for ambition or the desire of wanting. The wise elder knows thyself, is mature and present, and is powerful in his/her security of self-knowledge and ability offering guidance and wisdom gleaned from personal and cultural experience, deep wisdom that is a synthesis of what has arisen out of the pain and strength stretching back through time, sometimes pushing us beyond our fears to a new level of experience
Shadow:vengeful and destructive, knows all and cannot allow for others to have more wisdom, unable to listen from the heart, or experience others growth
