It’s time we talked about menopause. Not the problem and the discomfort, yes they can be there for good reason, but also the creative fire, the recognition of our power, the voice that has longed to be set free.
The woman in us who dares to show who she is! To fall in love and embrace the holy flame, to embark on the greatest adventure of our life. Yes, We Are The Crones We Have Been Waiting For!
It is twelve years since I bled and nourished my plants with its fertiliser. As I now enter my 13th year of post menopause, it’s time to share what I have discovered. Caroline

A rite of passage for women of a certain age.

A conscious dance/movement, drum journey, nature and creativity experience with Middle Earth Medicine and the Mandorla.

How do we engage with the wound of our menses, in polarity with the power of our menopause?
Wether we are peri, present or post, there is a rite-of-passage to claim, or even to embrace the one we forgot to do.

This will be held locally to Caroline in Hastings, during the dark of the new moon January 20th to the morning of January 23rd, on the East Hill, with plenty of space for roaming the wild hills, create our rites of passage and ceremony, singing by the fire, drum journeys and I will be sharing a Mandorla process. (work with polarity) The wound of our menses, in polarity with the power of menopause
We will stay in accommodation together, eat together, dream together, dance and sing. Bring your songs, poetry, stories and creative tools.

We will also be joined by Darryl Black aka Dazzle B who will be sharing her breath work techniques with us.
Breath-work found me literally on the floor in a new house, in a new town living alone
for the first time in my life. It gave me a place to feel and surrender, where breath by breath I found sanctuary.
