The Alchemy Of Writing

Many of us write from the heart, which can bring up a myriad of feelings around self worth and whether our words will be valued by others. Publishing our work can provoke unsettling reservations and fears. The aftermath, awaiting results, can fill us with dread and unworthiness. In order to go through the treacherous plains of book writing and publishing our work, we need to build a support network and a system of resources.

We will write and draw attention to what helps us and what gets in the way. Each session we explore new topics.

Caroline has published six books during her writing career, she has written for an anthology, as well as a foreword for anothers works. She has a lifelong journey with poetry, creative writing and sharing her experiences. She has written and published her memoirs and books about her spiritual shamanic work. She has held creative writing groups since 2012, and a women’s creative writing group online, throughout the recent lockdowns.

These sessions take place on alternate Thursdays 9.30am – 11am

Once a commitment is made to the group, each session must be paid for wether attending or not. We ask you to commit to 6 sessions minimum.
