Sunday Online Dance FREE

Open to all who love to dance.

This is a free dance for anyone to join held by Caroline on the Zoom platform.

A gentle and meditative movement and embodiment experience.

Would you like to come and join me and others for a creative dancing experience?

This Sunday thats exactly what I will be offering, FREE of any charge. I want to connect with others, see how creative we can be together, find the free dancing spirit within each one of us and share in the magic of connection.

You are very welcome to join.

Do you have an expression of dance that you could share with everyone?

The session will be recorded and added to the Middle Earth Medicine Membership Platform (coming very soon) where all can sign up to receive videos and recordings regularly.

The membership includes a once a month one hour connection online, with either dance, enquiries or drum journeys. It will have its own forum and regular meetups, gatherings and telegram app.
