Caroline will guide your through movement and dance to music, sometimes a drum beat, to help us re-connect to body, heart and soul.
You can do this in the comfort of your own home.
It is suggested that you ensure you have good speakers for the music.
You will need to be able to sign in to a zoom platform. If you need advise about this please get in touch.
Caroline has been sharing dance spaces for over twenty five years and is an elder in the conscious dance arena.
A movement passionate since childhood, she has a wealth of experience in emotional and creative intelligence on and off the dance floor.
