Sometimes within our individual self and within the self of our worn-out society, there is no answer to conflict. There is, however, a way to stand within the center of the opposing forces. Conflict creates tremendous energy. If we leave out judgement then that 'energy' can become a vibration of light. Not always just a single light but many lights, sending out a vibration that is LOVE!"  — Caroline Carey

We will dance and explore the ‘balance’ that is needed to maintain our equilibrium when the going gets tough! Come and move your body, breath a little deeper and dive into the knowledge and understanding that there is support where we most need it. Learning to trust the dancer inside us, as well as a force greater than our own minds.
Caroline will guide you through a simple ‘mandorla' dance experience, where dark and light are one, where vulnerability and strength can meet in unity to support each other, no matter what the wave, or the undercurrents that are happening in our lives.
Wednesday 11th July 7.30pm - Yellowave, Madeira Drive, Brighton.
Parking available. Bring water to drink and wear lose comfy clothing.

Come and dance to help you feel fully alive, embodied and emotionally well. Open your heart to the bigger picture that is the real 'you' - a creative and inspired human being.

** A wonderful opportunity to experience Caroline's work and be honored by her expertise in holding the space**
